SHIPPING

For UK/EU Friends

Please order from my Etsy Shop. I can not accept orders from this shop for customers located in the UK/EU at the time due to Vat tax laws.

 

Estimated Shipment

Processing times for orders are can take anywhere between 3-5 business days for in stock items. 

If purchasing a PREORDER item, it may take upwards of 1 month for an item to dispatch. Keep in mind that this can change depending on manufacture production times. If you order a non preorder item with a preorder item then both items will ship when the preorder item does. 

International orders can take 1-2 months to be delivered after its been shipped out. I am not responsible for any delays that occur after the package has been handed over to the shipping service.

Cancellations/Changes

Cancellations are accepted as long as the order has not yet been shipped. 

Incorrect Address/Returned Packages

If your package has been returned to me due to incorrect/insufficient address, you will have to pay for shipping to have your package resent to you. If you no longer want the item, I will refund you for the value of the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. If you see that there is a mistake in your address prior to the item being shipped, please contact vulpegalaxyhelp@gmail.com to have your address changed as soon as possible.

Refunds/Exchanges

I don't offer exchanges or returns. All sales are final. If you believe I shipped a defective product, email me at vulpegalaxyhelp@gmail.com. You must send pictures of the damaged items within 5 days of receiving items to prevent fraudulent claims
